I have mentioned my faith in Jesus Christ to the workers at the Vitamin Shoppe where I buy supplements and at Snap Fitness where I work out. I plan to give Pocket Testaments to the employees for Christmas with Christmas candy. Also will give the Testaments out to others while out shopping during the Christmas season.

I plan to give them to my teenage children and their friends. Trying to reach them. My little family also donates food for the needy, so we plan to give to those people as well. I want to grow as a christian and start talking more ONE on ONE with people about God, and this Gospel booklet will help me to start up a conversation with people when I offer to give them one. I hope later not to have to ask for sponsership.. but at this time, I am a single mother of 3, who is currently looking for work.
Years ago God laid it on my heart to give Bible to people who dont' have one. At one time when I was working I was able to go buy bibles and give them to people. I miss doing that... buy giving the Gospel booklet to people.. I will feel like I am still doing God's work. Thank you for your help. May the Lord Bless you and all those you love and hold dear to your heart.

I am just recovering from Breast Cancer and from taking care of my Mom last year while she fought Lymphoma. She died on October 4, 2007. Exactly 4 months later I found the lump. I have not worked in nearly two years. I meet people everywhere who need to hear about Jesus. I would love to share these gospels now. I will start looking for a job soon.
Thank you for helping get these out during this tough economic holiday time.

This has not been easy for me but God is stretching me to give them out. I have left them for a hotel maid, with a tip, given a few to friends, and then gave some out to homeless people on skid row. I am being really stretched and blessed at the same time. God bless you and this ministry.

As the Lord bless me with the opportunity, to see the needful need in the harvest, wherever, to whomever, the Spirit of the Lord gives me. That they may believe not only in his birth and Jesus' death, but, his resurrection. (HDopson)

I pastor a small church but I install cable during the week - going into many homes from rich to poor each day. As I leave each home, I turn and say, "This has nothing to do with cable. This is a personal gift from me to you. I'm a pastor and I like to leave people something good to read before I leave." A majority flash a big smile and a warm thank you - clutching the Gospel of John with both hands. Many times they ask more questions and I am able to share the gospel. Many are living in obvious sin and welcome this glimmer of hope and truth that will set them free. It 's a great tool. RE

I plan to use these Gospels at school and at my community. I plan to get the Word of God out there, and to show my friends that God really does exist...! At my high school, a lot of the students are in desperate need of God. They have been looking for love in all the wrong places! Recently, I made a comment to one of my friends- She had been going through some tough times and asked me for advice. I told her, "..you know what, GOD LOVES YOU!".. after I told her that, she was in tears.--That made me realize that today's society is in really bad shape.. I plan to share these Gospels by reaching out to my fellow peers.. and show them that there IS a better way out...

I work in a rough, blue-collar setting with many truck drivers passing through each day. I hope to be able to give these gospels away at work, and God willing, on the streets in open air evangelism here in Maine where I live.

I would like to send the $10, but I just had a major surgery costing $200,000 (prior to insurance covering their portion) and am disabled right now. I will plan to send a check when I am able to - although it may be a few months. I plan to share these with family and friends who know about God but who do not actually attend church and have not read the Gospel and are not practicing Christ-like lifestyles. I have had a life-altering and faith building experience through my surgery, and I am in a place to testify to others about what I have been through. (Please list my name as Scarlette) Thank you.

I work on development in the inner city areas of chattanooga, TN. Every day I find people from different backgrounds but I've noticed the lack of evangelistic material we have for spanish speakers in our community. I really want to bring the Gospel to to our hispanic Comunity and I beleive this is a great tool to reach them. I'm sure that If I succeed on this I will gain support from our church leaders so this way I can contribute to your noble cause. Once again thank you for the support and God bless you.

We are in the process of opening a teen center for the youth in our community. We are hoping that by providing an alternative to the streets, gangs and violence, that the youth will seek another path. These Gospels will play a part.

On the occasion that permits me time for an essential dose of recreation and break-away from work (I teach English and parent Korean boarding students at a local Christian school); I very much praise God for each opportunity that the Holy Spirit motivates and empowers me to seize. Whether it is getting some exercise at nearby park, or somewhere in town, it is truly an adventure and blessing to meet/talk with people about the Truth of our Savior and His redeeming Love,
I do hope and plan to cover the cost more frequently for the Gospels. Thank you so much

I am not only going to give these Christmas Testaments to everyone I come in contact with. I also plan to give them to believers to get them started in spreading the Gospel through The Pocket Testament League's Gospels of John. I can only imagine how fast the Gospel can be spread this way! To God be the glory!

The Lord has put several people in front of me in need of different types of help and this in turn opened the door for me to share of his promise to us all and to place his word with them. May all be blessed.

When I'm on the bus, I've always been in a mood to start sharing. When I do and I bring a soul to Christ, that's it and I don't have anything to give them.

Thank you so much for making these GOJ testaments available and with such neat covers. They are great for handing out anywhere, anytime!

Evangelica O.

I love shareing the gospel with people. It is important for people to know why the need Jesus. It is so important that nothing else in this life is more important than being right with God. I like to hand out these testaments to people I talk to who seem humbled by the Law of God - that they broke it and cant keep it, and are considering the importance of being right with God. It gives them something to think about. Since I am on the streets often, I sincerely appreciate donors sponsoring these testaments for me. I am unemployed but make time each week to go and talk to the lost and dying - in the hopes that some will come to the Savior.

This past week I challenged the 5th and 6th graders in my Sunday School class to give our the Gospels of John and/or other tracts that I gave them. The children were very excited and told me about their friends and relatives that they plan to give them to. Over the coming month we are planning to have the children tell the salvation message to at least four people and share what happened.
